Don't Be Careful What You Wish For...

Yes, this was the title of my email I opened up today! "This is a completely different way to think," I thought to myself. This is what I read:

Do you know the saying…

"Be careful what you wish for"?

Between us, I would have to disagree with that saying…

You see, I believe you should be fearless when it comes to your dreams and wish for things beyond your wildest imagination!

Your dreams should awaken your soul and spark a deep passion within you…

And when you find a dream that provides a true purpose for your life, it's important that you don't let it just pass you by.

Below are 5 reasons that it's important to follow your dreams now.

So… the 5 reasons to follow your dreams are:

1. They make life worth living.
If you love what you're doing, it won't feel like work. Your dreams are the reason to keep going even when life seems hard.

2. You can be an inspiration to others.
If you follow your dreams, you'll inspire others along the way and this will lead to many meaningful relationships and experiences.

3. You'll meet amazing people.
When you are motivated and excited about your dreams, you'll meet other high achievers that will continue to support you in everything you do.

4. You'll make yourself proud.
When you go after something you're passionate about, your confidence will skyrocket & you'll be ecstatic that you achieved something you've always wanted to do.

5. You'll achieve amazing joy.
Life without purpose can be bland and unsatisfying. When you go after your dreams - you'll notice a positive transformation in your outlook on life.

Life is short, so why not spend it doing something you love?

It's time to make the decision to follow your most audacious goals right now :)

To your abundant success,
Natalie ~ Mind Movies

Thanks to Natalie, I have decided to venture into my dream. My dream is to help change the lives of many people, in terms of their health and financial stability, and to be able to do it from the comfort of my own home. I needed a vehicle to drive my way to success. This vehicle is to be in the business of helping others succeed.

I invite you to become a part of something that’s bigger than yourself.

Many Blessings,
~

The Founding Of Aromatherapy!

The Father Of Aromatherapy, Rene-Maurice Gattefosse

In July, 1910 Rene-Maurice Gattefosse, a French cosmetic chemist, had an accident in his family's perfumery business laboratory, severely burning himself in explosion. He submerged his burns in a large container of lavender oil. He was astonished that it immediately eased the pain and helped heal the hand without any sign of infection or scar. Gattefosse continued to investigate the medical use of Essential Oils and treated soldiers in military hospitals during World War I with oils. In 1927 he coined the term aromatherapie - the treatment of disease and injury using aromatic essential oils, and went on to published works on the therapeutic value of Aromatherapy. In 1992 Gattefosse's Aromatherapie, 1937 was translated to English and cites more than 200 relevant scientific works completed between 1680 and 1933.

During the second world war, Gattefosse's colleague Dr. Jean Valnet, a Parisian medical doctor and army surgeon, began to use essential oils —with great success—as antiseptics treating war wounds during the Indochina war from 1948-1959. He could treat injured soldiers with great success in combating and counteracting infection. He was able to save the lives of many soldiers who might otherwise have died. After the war, he continued using Essential Oils in his practice, publishing in 1964 the comprehensive text Aromatherapie, earning him global recognition.

His work was expanded by two of his students: Dr. Paul Belaiche and Dr. Jean Claude Lapraz. Together, they discovered that Essential Oils contain antiviral, antibacterial, anti-fungal, and antiseptic properties, and found that they served to carry oxygen into the body's cells.

In the 1970‘s many significant figures accomplishments and contributions expanded the use of Essential Oils and aromatherapy to become a major part of alternative and holistic health. Wagner and Sprinkmeyer, who demonstrated an understanding of how Essential Oils can benefit our lives today.

A Natural Alternative To Synthetic Drugs!

Synthetic drugs create a high risk of side effects. Our biggest drug problem lies in prescription drug abuse. According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse; "The biggest and fastest growing part of America's drug problem is prescription drug abuse."

Has anyone had experience with a family member or friend with a dependency and or addiction to a prescribed drug? As a child growing up, I thought my mother's medicine was safe. Well it came from the doctor , so it must be safe right? Well then as a teenager, things became worse. Family life started to deteriorate. As an adult child I then started to take over her and my father's health care. I was not happy with the health care they received and It was only masking the symptoms , not really curing or helping them become healthier.

After losing my father to diabetes and heart disease, I started to take a more holistic approach to my own health care, applying these changes to my family with the hopes that they would adopt a healthier lifestyle.

I apply the holistic approach wherever and whenever I can. Of course we still go to the doctor, just not as often.

I highly encourage you to learn how to take a more natural approach to your health care. Your lifestyle choices can help prevent disease! Remember that your Doctor treats symptoms and fixes broken parts! Your body Cures disease! Just give it what it needs!

Here is your invitation to alternative health and wellness! I present to you The seven WholeBodyTM System Essential Oil Blends.

Learn How, When, & Why The seven WholeBodyTM System Essential Oil Blends work as stimuli to assess a body's response to pain and movement in each of the body systems. The body's response to each of the unique Essential Oil Blends indicates which of the body systems need additional attention.

How To Overcome Challenges To a Healthier Way Of Life!

I keep hearing the same thing over and over again. "I can't afford to be healthy".  My question always is "Can you afford to be sick? , because it costs more to be sick and unhealthy".

I watched my mother and father become ill and the nursing home care along with the medical expenses caused extreme financial distress. We had to take my mom out of an assisted living facility because she was unable to afford to live there.  I  decided to care for her in her home so she could keep her house. Life gets more complicating when we get sick.

If you are suffering from an illness or disease , this is not the end. You have choices to change your way of life. You can seek alternative options for a healthier lifestyle and some of these options are free! Yes I said free, keep reading...

Some of these alternative options come from learning how to stay well naturally while learning how to reduce stress.
  • Eat Wisely. Minimize your intake of sugar, fat, salt and caffeine. Choose whole grain products over refined/white, and eat 3-5 servings of fruits daily. If you have a food allergy, such and wheat or gluten, eliminate these foods completely.
  • Think Positive. When you think optimistically, you will naturally have a healthier immune system. Death rates in people who are hostile, cynical or suspicious are seven times higher than in positive people of the same age.
  • Take Charge. Control what is in your responsibility and ask others to do the same. Likewise, do not overburden yourself with trying to take responsibility for all people , places and things.
  • Express Yourself. When you suppress your thoughts and feelings you will suppress your immunity.
  • Get Regular Exercise. Just 30 minutes of walking three times a week or 20 minutes five times a week will be sufficient. Find a friend and make it fun.
  • If You Are Depressed, Get Help. Feeling helpless, hopeless, lethargic or guilty will depress your immunity.
  • Go Outside. Twenty minutes of sunlight each day will help along with getting at least six to eight hours of uninterrupted sleep each night.
  •  Breathe Deeply. Oxygenate your blood and increase immunity while decreasing stress levels.
  • Network. Find people who share your interests. Create respectful, caring and warm relationships. Ask for help when you need it.
  • Dental Care. The health of your teeth will have a lot to do with the health of your body. A chronic infection or inflammation  in any part of the body will weaken the immune response within the entire body.  Visit your dentist for your regular cleanings and your body will thank you for it.
  • Pray for yourself and others. Prayer is proven to enhance T-cell activity and it benefits both you and the person being prayed for.
  • Go Get A Massage. Just the simple act of caring touch will stimulate the body's healing and defense mechanisms. This will support your immune system and positively influence your neurological function, lymph drainage, muscle tension, and blood flow.

Ok so not everything in life is free. However, taking charge, becoming more positive, exercise, friendships, being outdoors, praying and breathing have always been free! When you start to become more mindful of the simplicities of life, you will naturally start seeing things differently, leaving you with more options and an open mind to try  new things, such as eating healthier foods and getting regular massage therapy

I encourage you to get in touch with me so we can talk about some of the things that have worked for me and some of the things that have worked for others that I know. Wishing you success!

The Importance Of Alternative Therapies!

What are some of the "alternative treatments" available to us all and why are they important.
Here is my list of the most important therapies:

1. Nutrition
2. Health Education
3. Lifestyle Modifications
4. Massage Therapy
5. Biofeedback
6. Relaxation techniques
7. Acupuncture
8. Homeopathy
9. Chiropractic

The first four treatments have been around for a thousand years. These treatments are the primary basis for health in every culture in the world. Yet we have somehow set many of these treatments on the outskirts of the mainstream practice.

The importance of these therapies is to treat the body as a whole, rather than parts.  When looking at your health, you really need to consider body, mind, emotions, and spirit. All of these parts function together as one. This philosophy is based on Holism.

Once we become strong in our health we then experience true wellness. How do we do this? Simply by increasing our awareness, purpose, and the kind of life that deserves quality and the knowledge to make better choices.

Adding all the alternatives to our daily living can give us the Synergy we need to interact with the world and with others we surround ourselves with.

So what is the first step? Reclaim your health! Consider healthy lifestyle products for the energetically aware.

In the end , wellness is all about experiencing yourself as a Wonderful Person! You are that wonderful person! Enjoy your day and thanks for reading.
