Full Of Life and Sparkling with Energy; Tangerine!

I love the smell of tangerines. This fresh, clean and uplifting aroma is one of my favorites.

Tangerine essential oil contain anti-fungal and antiseptic properties. For this reason, tangerine essential oil may be helpful in preventing and treating acne or skin infections. It can also be used for preventing stretch marks. Additionally, open wounds may benefit from the antiseptic properties of tangerine oil.

Taken internally, tangerine essential oil can help heal digestive complaints by fighting bacterial growth in the stomach. Many believe that the smell of tangerine oil is calming when one is overexcited or stressed.

In aromatherapy, tangerine oil can be used to inspire and bring renewed energy to those who use it. It can be supportive in easing tension, fear, sadness, irritability, and even insomnia.

The benefits of Tangerine essential oil:
  • antiseptic
  • antispasmodic
  • cytophylactic (protects cells)
  • depurative (blood purifier)
  • diuretic
  • hynotic
  • relaxant
  • sedative
  • stomachic (helps the stomach, improves appetite)
Contraindications: As with all citrus essential oils, should not be applied to the skin before exposure to strong sunlight.
Overall my heart belongs to tangerine! (Frank Sinatra)

Enjoy!

Many Blessings,
~

What Is The Importance Of Cleaning Your Colon?

The truth is, our digestive tract (especially the colon), is the "sewer system" of our body. If we are to enjoy good health, that system requires regular cleaning. We are exposed to thousands of toxins and unhealthy chemicals on a daily basis. We take them in from the food we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe, and the prescription medications we take.

These toxins and dangerous chemicals, along with the "typical" American diet lead to poor digestion, constipation, weight gain, low energy, headaches, and many other horrible human maladies. Believe it or not, autopsies reveal the colons of 80% of people who have passed away, are clogged with waste material.

We shower or bathe every day, we brush our teeth on a daily basis, and most of us shampoo our hair every day, too. We even have manicures and pedicures to make sure our fingernails and toenails are clean and attractive. But most of us fail to make sure our insides are clean... until we develop some symptoms or a disease which gives us a wake-up call.

Many Blessings,
~

Do You Have A Passion For Helping People?

Would you change what you are doing if you could? If you could live anywhere in the world where would that be? What is preventing you from making that change?

For most of us change can be uncomfortable and we do not want to take the risk of not knowing what that change may bring.  Yet, for some change can unlock a whole new world of surprising successes.

Let's take a look at Zig Ziglar's 10 famous quotes that can change your life:

10) “Remember that failure is an event, not a person.”
9) “You will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want.”
8 ) “People often say motivation doesn’t last. Neither does bathing—that’s why we recommend it daily.”
7) “There has never been a statue erected to honor a critic.”
6) “People don’t buy for logical reasons. They buy for emotional reasons.”
5) “Expect the best. Prepare for the worst. Capitalize on what comes.”
4) “If you go looking for a friend, you’re going to find they’re scarce. If you go out to be a friend, you’ll find them everywhere.”
3) “A goal properly set is halfway reached.”
2) “Your attitude, not your aptitude, will determine your altitude.”
1) “If you can dream it, you can achieve it.”

My last two questions, what is your dream and does that dream include a passion for helping people?  If you answered yes, then I invite you to take a look here!

Many Blessings,

Starving On A Full Stomach!

In our society today, people are just not meeting their nutritional needs. Our bodies are starving on full stomachs leading to many of the lifestyle diseases we have today, such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disease, type II diabetes, asthma, osteoarthritis, depression, etc.

USDA statistics show that fewer than twenty three percent of Americans eat the minimum of 2-4 servings of fruit and four out of ten Americans eat less than 3-5 servings of veggies a day.

Our bodies are affected by what we eat or do not eat and by what we drink or do not drink. What is your nutritional profile like?

I invite you to learn more here!

Happiness Depends On Wellness!

Overall wellness is the basis of all happiness in life. We do this by improving our quality of life in order to achieve optimum health. Building a model for longevity depends upon healthy blood cells.
Plant based functional whole food supplementation is a necessity. Learn about pH Balance and Practical Applications with Maraline Krey!

Supplementing with plant-based, organic whole food vitamins and minerals makes up the difference between what your body demands for optimal performance, versus the nutritional value absorbed from the food and beverages you ingest each day!

Pure water, healthy nutrients, and clean oxygen are vital elements for a balanced body. The organic and wild-crafted, whole food based nutritional supplements found at goDesana effectively bridge nutritional deficiencies and provide co-factored vitamins and minerals our bodies require.

We all recognize that over the years our natural environment and food chain have been compromised. Is it any wonder our internal environment has also been compromised? Could this be why our ancestors didn't experience the same levels of chronic illness, or why cancer and diabetes were rare?
I invite you to learn more here!

What Does Green Cleaning Mean To You?

Protecting our families are priorities in our lives. One of the best ways to protect the ones we love is to incorporate green cleaning into our daily lives.

I stumbled upon this very informative video featuring Caran Goodall in regards to Easy steps to green cleaning: Safe, Simple Recipes for a Clean Healthy Home presented at American College of Healthcare Sciences in Portland Oregon!

Check out what Caran has to say. If you are looking for a natural approach to green cleaning, you may wish to consider usage of essential oils. There are a number of cleaning methods you can use without the use of harsh chemicals.

Here is a list of ingredients that you may want to replace those pesky chemicals with:
  • White Vinegar
  • Baking Soda
  • Organic phosphate and fragrance free dish liquid
  • Essential Oils
  • Spray Bottle
  • Lemon Juice
  • Hydrogen Peroxide (takes the black mold color out of your shower)
Keep it simple and try to incorporate some green cleaning in your home. See more on green cleaning by Metro Portland here: http://www.oregonmetro.gov/tools-living/healthy-home/green-cleaning

Don't Be Careful What You Wish For...

Yes, this was the title of my email I opened up today! "This is a completely different way to think," I thought to myself. This is what I read:

Do you know the saying…

"Be careful what you wish for"?

Between us, I would have to disagree with that saying…

You see, I believe you should be fearless when it comes to your dreams and wish for things beyond your wildest imagination!

Your dreams should awaken your soul and spark a deep passion within you…

And when you find a dream that provides a true purpose for your life, it's important that you don't let it just pass you by.

Below are 5 reasons that it's important to follow your dreams now.

So… the 5 reasons to follow your dreams are:

1. They make life worth living.
If you love what you're doing, it won't feel like work. Your dreams are the reason to keep going even when life seems hard.

2. You can be an inspiration to others.
If you follow your dreams, you'll inspire others along the way and this will lead to many meaningful relationships and experiences.

3. You'll meet amazing people.
When you are motivated and excited about your dreams, you'll meet other high achievers that will continue to support you in everything you do.

4. You'll make yourself proud.
When you go after something you're passionate about, your confidence will skyrocket & you'll be ecstatic that you achieved something you've always wanted to do.

5. You'll achieve amazing joy.
Life without purpose can be bland and unsatisfying. When you go after your dreams - you'll notice a positive transformation in your outlook on life.

Life is short, so why not spend it doing something you love?

It's time to make the decision to follow your most audacious goals right now :)

To your abundant success,
Natalie ~ Mind Movies

Thanks to Natalie, I have decided to venture into my dream. My dream is to help change the lives of many people, in terms of their health and financial stability, and to be able to do it from the comfort of my own home. I needed a vehicle to drive my way to success. This vehicle is to be in the business of helping others succeed.

I invite you to become a part of something that’s bigger than yourself.

Many Blessings,
~
